One of the most striking memories of Morocco is its architecture. In the cities of Fez, Marrakech, and Essaouira, buildings dating back to the Middle Ages, seduce with their brilliant colors and elaborate design. Whether i was lost in the alleys of the grand souk in the ancient city of Fez or sleeping on a hotel roof in the sweltering desert town of Mazouga, I knew i needed more time to spend in this fascinating country.
